OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated July 2, 2003, and pursuant to

Section 16 of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, and pursuant to

Section 19 of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the

Interpretation Act, is pleased, concerning the granting of easements with respect to Crown lands, to amend Order in Council 2000-400, dated August 2, 2000, by replacing "360 Atlantic (Canada) Inc., an extra-provincial corporation, with a registered office at Edmonton, Alberta" with "CVC Acquisition (Canada) Company, a Nova Scotia unlimited liability company, with an office at Halifax, Nova Scotia" in paragraph (b), and to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
