OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour and Advanced Education dated July 31, 2014, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Labour and Advanced Education, on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen in Right of the Province of Nova Scotia, to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Minister of Public Works and Government Services Canada to inspect boilers, pressure vessels and related piping systems in federal government facilities, and to extend the Memorandum of Understanding for a further five year term by agreement of the parties in writing prior to the expiry of the Memorandum of Understanding, substantially in the form set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after September 23, 2014.
