B.C. Reg. 330/2012 , deposited November 23, 2012, pursuant to the BUSINESS NUMBER ACT [section 12]. Order in Council 769/2012, approved and ordered November 22, 2012.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective December 1, 2012,

(

a) the Business Number Regulation, B.C. Reg. 388/2003, is amended as set out in

Schedule 1, and

(

b) B.C. Reg. 217/2010 is amended as set out in

Schedule 2.

Schedule 1

Section 3 of the Business Number Regulation, B.C. Reg. 388/2003, is amended by adding the following paragraph:

(

n) the registration number issued to the entity under the Provincial Sales Tax Act .

Section 4 is repealed and the following substituted:

4 The following Acts and the regulations made under those Acts are designated enactments for the purposes of the Act:

Schedule 2

Section 3 of the

Schedule to B.C. Reg. 217/2010 is repealed and the following substituted:

Section 3 (

f) of the Business Number Regulation, B.C. Reg. 388/2003, is repealed.

Section 4 is amended by striking out " Social Service Tax Act ".
