Order in Council 1300/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Leslie Reaume was reappointed a full-time member and Vice Chair of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario for a term of three years, effective June 27, 2017, by Order in Council O.C. 586/2017;

And

whereas Leslie Reaume tendered her resignation effective July 27, 2019;

Therefore, pursuant to clause 77(

a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 , subsection 32(2) of the Human Rights Code and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Order in Council O.C. 586/2017 be revoked effective July 27, 2019.
