Order in Council 66/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 462/2019, dated March 28, 2019, Terry Steven DeBoer was appointed as a member of the Durham Regional Police Services Board.

And

whereas Terry Steven DeBoer has, in writing, resigned this appointment.

Therefore pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act, as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 462/2019, dated March 28, 2019, is hereby revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
