OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated June 24, 1998, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of William Billington of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits while employed with Armsworthy Lynch, which appointment was made by Order in Council 97-27, dated January 21, 1997; and (
b) appoint William Billington of R.R.#1 Hubbards, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits for a term to expire July 31, 2003.
