OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated December 13, 2005, and pursuant to
Section 3 of
Chapter 372 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Inquiries Act, and
Section 18 of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to approve the rate of remuneration paid to the Honourable Justice D. Merlin Nunn, appointed by Order in Council 2005-259, dated June 29, 2005 as Commissioner under the Public Inquiries Act, to be at a per diem rate of $1,200.00, effective November 20, 2005.
