B.C. Reg. 142/2006, deposited May 18, 2006, pursuant to the PHARMACISTS, PHARMACY OPERATIONS AND DRUG SCHEDULING ACT [Section 64]. Order in Council 362/2006, approved and ordered May 17, 2006.
On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the amendments to the Drug Schedules Regulation, B.C. Reg. 9/98, set out in the Resolutions of the Council of the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia listed below and attached to this order, are approved.
Resolution No. November 2003-01, dated November 28, 2003;
Resolution No. November 2003-02, dated November 28, 2003;
Resolution No. January 2004-01b, dated January 30, 2004;
Resolution No. June 2004-01, dated June 18, 2004;
Resolution No. January 21, 2005, dated January 21, 2005;
Resolution No. September 23, 2005-01, dated September 23, 2005;
Resolution No. November 25, 2005-01, dated November 25, 2005.

Resolution of the Council of the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia ("the Council"), made at Vancouver, British Columbia, the 28 day of November 2003.
RESOLVED THAT:
In accordance with the authority established in
Section 64 of The Pharmacists, Pharmacy Operations and Drug Scheduling Act , R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 363 of British Columbia, the Council amends the Drug Schedules Regulation as set out in the attached schedule, subject to the approval of the Lieutenant Governor in Council.

RESOLVED THAT:
In accordance with the authority established in
Section 64 of The Pharmacists, Pharmacy Operations and Drug Scheduling Act , R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 363 of British Columbia, the Council amends the Drug Schedules Regulation as set out in the attached schedule, subject to the approval of the Lieutenant Governor in Council.

1 Vaccines (except influenza, vaccines which are part of a routine immunization program, those requiring special enhanced public access due to disease outbreaks and cholera vaccine (oral, inactivated) when used for prophylaxis against traveler's diarrhea due to enterotoxigenic escherichia coli (ETEC))
