the Act. Each regulation designates or revokes the designation of a separate

agency. There is no base regulation, but the first designation filed is

listed as the base regulation for the purposes of this consolidation.

The name of this agency was changed by O.I.C. 2025-2 to

the Physician Assessment Centre of Excellence.
