Section 68 of the English version of the Motor Ve- hicle Act,

chapter M-17 of the Revised Statutes, 1973, is amended in the portion preceding paragraph (

a) by striking out “or” and substituting “and no owner shall”. 1 L’article 68 de la version anglaise de la
