Order in Council 1339/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 2201/2017, dated November 15, 2017, M. Celeste Auger-Proulx was appointed as a member of the Municipality of West Nipissing Police Services Board for a term of three years effective December 2, 2017;

And

whereas M. Celeste Auger-Proulx has, in writing, resigned her appointment;

Therefore pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act, as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 2201/2017, dated November 15, 2017, appointing M. Celeste Auger-Proulx as a member of the Municipality of West Nipissing Police Services Board, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
