OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated February 26, 2008, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal to enter into an agreement with Property Valuation Services Corporation to provide datacentre and network operations services to Property Valuation Services Corporation effective April 1, 2008, substantially in the form of the agreement annexed as

Schedule "A" to and forming part of the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated February 26, 2008.
