Order in Council 592/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 2 of the Financial Services Tribunal Act, 2017 (“ Act ”),

The members of the Financial Services Tribunal, other than the Chair and Vice-Chairs, shall be compensated at the rate for a member set out in Table 1 of

Schedule 2 to Order in Council O.C. 2311/2017, as may be amended from time to time.

The members of the Financial Services Tribunal shall be reimbursed for reasonable expenses incurred in carrying out their duties in accordance with the relevant directives, guidelines and policies of the Treasury Board and Management Board of Cabinet.

Now therefore this Order shall be in effect on the day that sections 2 and 20 of the Act come into force.
