On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 5(1) of the Executive Council Act , Order in Council OC -407/2017, dated February 15, 2017 as amended by Order in Council OC -2100/2017, dated October 18, 2017;
