OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Seniors and the Chairman of the Senior Citizens’ Secretariat dated April 16, 2014, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 420 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Senior Citizens’ Secretariat Act , and

Section 18 of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the

Interpretation Act , and all authority in him vested, is pleased to, effective April 17, 2014, revoke Order in Council 2000-538.
