3 AKAMINA-KISHINENA PARK

All those parcels or tracts of Crown land, together with all that foreshore or land covered by water, situated in Kootenay District, and lying within the following described boundaries:

Commencing at Boundary Monument 272, which marks the southeast corner of the Province of British Columbia;

thence westerly along the southerly boundary of the Province of British Columbia to the westerly boundary of the watershed of Starvation Creek;

thence due East approximately 2.3 kilometres, crossing Grizzly Gulch, to

the 6 200 foot (1 890 metre) contour;

thence in a general northwesterly direction along said contour to a point thereon, said point being due North of the middle line of Kishinena Creek, at the headwaters thereof;

thence due South to the summit of Paradise Peak, being a point on the southerly boundary of the watershed of Sloko River;

thence southwesterly and northwesterly along the southeasterly and southwesterly boundaries of the watershed of Sloko River to a point on said northwesterly boundary lying northwesterly in a straight line, on a bearing of

317°, and approximately 13 kilometres distant from, the summit of Mount Haney;

thence in a general southwesterly direction following the height of land which divides Llewellyn Glacier from Tulsequah Glacier, and passing through triangulation station "Pussy" to the summit of Mount Ogilvie, marked by Boundary Monument 95, and being a point on the westerly boundary of the Province;

thence northwesterly along the westerly boundary of the Province to the summit of Mount Poletica, being the point of commencement.

The whole containing approximately 232 695 hectares.
