OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice dated March 7, 2014, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to, effective March 25, 2014, authorize the Attorney General and Minister of Justice to enter into a Project Funding Agreement for fiscal years 2012-2013 and 2013-2014 between Nova Scotia and Canada regarding Nova Scotia's Court-monitored Drug Treatment Program Demonstration Project in the form set out in
Schedule "A", attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, or in a form of agreement to like form and effect.
