OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated May 30, 2023, and pursuant to
Section 5 of
Chapter 8 of the Acts of 2019, the Nursing Act , and
Section 18 of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act , hereby revokes the appointment of Judith Durdle of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as a public representative of the Board of the Nova Scotia College of Nursing, made by Order in Council 2023-116 dated April 27, 2023, effective June 20, 2023.
