Under the authority of

section 3 of the Municipalities Act

and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act

, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order.

's Desire are as set out in the Schedule.

Beginning at a point in the eastern shoreline of

Trinity

Bay

, that point being locally known as Green Point;

Then running east a distance of 4,575 metres, more or less;

Then running north 57 east a distance of 2,125 metres, more or less, to a point being the northern extremity of Hanging Hill Pond;

Then in a generally northwesterly direction a distance of 5,975 metres, more or less, to the point where the small brook flowing from Freshwater Pond intersects the eastern shoreline of

Trinity

Bay

Then running in a generally southwesterly direction along the sinuosities of the eastern shoreline of

Trinity

Bay

to the point of beginning.

All bearings being referred to the true meridian.
