OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and the Minister of the Public Service Commission dated July 11, 2011, and pursuant to

Section 7 of

Chapter 327 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Ombudsman Act, and

Section 19 of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to, effective April 1, 2009, revoke

Schedule "B" of Order in Council 2008-419 dated August 12, 2008, and replace it with

Schedule "B" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation to approve the appointment of persons by the Ombudsman to positions listed in

Schedule "B" as permanent assistants and employees of the Ombudsman, to be paid at rates of pay and receive benefits equivalent to the civil service classifications listed opposite the positions, and as casual employees to be paid at rates of pay equivalent to the civil service classification listed opposite the positions and in no case shall the number of persons appointed by the Ombudsman exceed the maximum number for that position, set out in

Schedule "B".
