Chapter 1 of the Acts of 1995-96, the Education Act, Respecting the Governance of School Boards, and subsection (7) of
Section 3 of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that Sections 1 to 6 and 9 to 13 of
Chapter 54 of the Acts of 2008,
An Act to Amend
Chapter 1 of the Acts of 1995-96, the Education Act, Respecting the Governance of School Boards do come into force on and not before January 12, 2010.
