Order in Council 1649/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

More Convenient Care Act, 2025

January 1, 2026 is named as the day on which the following provisions of the More Convenient Care Act, 2025 , c. 7, which amend the Personal Health Information Protection Act, 2004 , come into force:

Schedule 6, s. 1-9, 10 (1)-(3), 11-13.
