OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Public Works dated February 6, 2025, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased, effective March 6, 2025, to approve the Minister of Public Works entering into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Office of the Chief Electoral Officer of Canada, substantially in the form in Appendix “I” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to such variations as do not materially change the agreement.
