OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated July 4, 2001, pursuant to
Section 19(
f) of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to rescind Order in Council 2000-210 dated April 26, 2000, approving the issuance of a certificate, to the effect that the Crown asserts no interest or claim in or to those lands, containing about 185.66 hectares, more or less, situate at East Sable River, Shelburne County.
