OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendations of the Minister of Aboriginal Affairs and the Minister Responsible for the Administration of

Part I of the Gaming Control Act dated January 22, 2007, and pursuant to

Section 25(1)(

b) and (

c) of

Chapter 4 of the Acts of 1994-95, the Gaming Control Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Aboriginal Affairs and the Minister responsible for the Administration of

Part I of the Gaming Control Act to enter into a gaming agreement with the Wagmatcook First Nation, in a form substantially the same as Appendix "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
