It requires every advertisement for a registered part y, a candidate or a leadership contestant to be authorized by the leader of the registered party, the candidate o r the leadership contestant, respectively. A printed advertisement must contain a statement tha t it is authorized by the leader of the party, the candidate or the leadership contestant. For advertisements appearing on radio, television or the Internet, the leader of the party, the candidate or the leadership conte stant must personally announce that they authorized the message during the advertisement. a) the entry opposite " A registered party " with "The leader of the registered party "; (

b) the entry opposite " A candidate " with "The candidate "; and (
