On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Designated Accommodation Area Tax Regulation, B.C. Reg. 93/2013, is amended,

(

a) effective May 1, 2018, as set out in the attached Appendix 1, and

(

b) effective July 1, 2018, as set out in the attached Appendix 2.

Appendix 1

Schedule 1 of the Designated Accommodation Area Tax Regulation, B.C. Reg. 93/2013, is amended by repealing item 1 and substituting the following as indicated:
