Under the authority of

section 257 of the Municipalities Act

and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act

, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order.

are as set out in the Schedule.

Newfoundland

Regulations 745/78 and 111/95 are repealed.

Schedule

Beginning at a point on the highwater mark of the eastern shoreline of Bay d'Espoir, that point having co-ordinates north 5 305 995 metres and east 319 805 metres;

Then south 69 00' east 2,087 metres, more or less, to a

high point

Then north 68 00' east 1,775 metres, more or less, to a

high point

Then north 57 30' east 1,100 metres, more or less, to a point;

Then south 45 00' east 1,700 metres, more or less, to the easternmost extremity of Gaze Point;

Then in a general westerly direction along the sinuosities of the shoreline passing Pagenal Head, Lynch Cove, Brant Cove, Clarke Cove, Foley Cove, to the point of beginning.

All bearings herein refer to grid north and as with distances given are subject to approximation as delineated on the 1:2500 Forestry Resource and Lands Mapping, 1983 edition, and the 1:50,000 National Topography Mapping, edition 3.
