The Registrar General will be able to require that an application for a certificate or certified copy be signe d by a guarantor. In addition, the Registrar General will not issue more than one birth certificate and one certified copy of a birth registration and he or she will be able to limit the number of certificates and certified copies o f other registrations. (Section 7 of the Bill and clause 60 (m.5) of the Act, as set out in section 15 of the Bill) 1.
