Order in Council 1716/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 3(1) and 3(3) of the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care Appeal and Review Boards Act, 1998, Trina Morissette of Ottawa be reappointed as a member and redesignated as full-time Vice-Chair of the Health Professions Appeal and Review Board for a fixed term of one year, effective January 14, 2022 or the date this Order in Council is made, whichever is later.
