Order in Council 163/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Arnab Quadry was appointed as full-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term of two years, effective June 25, 2020, by Order in Council O.C. 958/2020;

And

whereas Arnab Quadry tendered his resignation effective December 17, 2021;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 , Order in Council O.C. 958/2020 be revoked effective December 17, 2021.
