Order in Council 1610/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Daniel Bear was appointed as part-time member of the Ontario Parole Board for a fixed term of two years, effective November 29, 2017, by Order in Council O.C. 2265/2017;

And

whereas Daniel Bear tendered his resignation effective October 10, 2019;

Therefore, pursuant to clause 77(

a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 and subsection 32(2) of the Ministry of Correctional Services Act , Order in Council O.C. 2265/2017 be revoked effective October 10, 2019.
