OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture dated October 18, 2019, and pursuant to subsection 47(1) of

Chapter 21 of the Acts of 2018, the Animal Protection Act , is pleased, effective on and after November 12, 2019, to: (

a) repeal the Animal Cruelty Appeal Board Regulations , N.S. Reg. 34/2015, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2015-41 dated February 24, 2015; (

b) make new regulations respecting the Animal Welfare Appeal Board Regulations in the form set forth in

Schedule “A”, attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation; (

c) repeal the Chief Inspector Qualifications Regulations , N.S. Reg. 17/2010, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2010-28 dated January 19, 2010; and (

d) make new regulations respecting the Chief Inspector Qualifications Regulations , in the form set forth in

Schedule “B” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
