OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated December 14, 2007, and pursuant to
Section 10 of
Chapter 13 of the Acts of 2007, the Respiratory Therapists Act, is pleased to approve of new regulations made by the Board of the Nova Scotia College of Respiratory Therapists respecting respiratory therapists in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after January 1, 2008.
