CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Denturists Act (Assented to June 15, 1988) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Denturists Amendment Act, 1988. R.S.S 1978, c.D-7 The Denturists Act is amended in the manner provided in this Act. New

section

Section is repealed and the following substituted: Appeal “25(1) A person against whom an order has been made pursuant to

section may appeal from the order to Her Majesty’s Court of Queen’s Bench for Saskatchewan. “

(2) Sections to and of The Medical Profession Act, 1981 apply mutatis mutandis to an appeal pursuant to subsection (1)”.

Section repealed
