OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic and Rural Development dated November 18, 2009, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to: (

a) approve the Memorandum of Understanding with the People's Committee of B? RiaûV ng T?u Province, Vietnam regarding economic and social cooperation, substantially in the form set out in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation of the Minister of Economic and Rural Development dated November 18, 2009; and (

b) authorize the signing thereof on behalf of the Province of Nova Scotia by the Minister of Intergovernmental Affairs.
