OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated January 21, 2014, and pursuant to subsection 8(1) of
Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to: (
a) accept the transfer of administration and control of land from the Government of Canada at Horse Island, Northwest Cove, Lunenburg County, containing an area of approximately 0.174 hectares (0.43 acres) and shown outlined in bold on
Schedule "A", which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation, to Her Majesty the Queen in right of the Province of Nova Scotia, for the consideration of $1.00; and (
b) execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
