Statute: Labour Board Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour and Advanced Education dated July 14, 2011, and pursuant to Sections 3 and 6 of

Chapter 37 of the Acts of 2010, the Labour Board Act, and pursuant to

Section 19 of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to amend Order in Council 2011-227 dated June 28, 2011 respecting the designation of members of the Labour Board to correct a typographical error in paragraph (

h) by striking out "Harden" and substituting "Hartlen".
