British Columbia Order in Council — Order under Constitution a) the transfers of duties, powers, functions and enactments, and other changes, set out in the Appendix to this order are made and provisions that in previous orders charge another member of the Executive Council or another ministry with responsibility for them are rescinded, and b) a transfer described in paragraph (a) to a member of the Executive Council serves also to transfer to the member the unexpended balance of money and other resources authorized for the administration of the duties, powers, functions and enactments (O.C. 1488/2000)
