Order in Council 1097/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 28(1) of the Pay Equity Act ,

David Ross of Mississauga

be appointed presiding officer of the Pay Equity Hearings Tribunal, on an interim basis, for a fixed term effective August 13, 2019 and ending either on February 12, 2020 or the day a new presiding officer is appointed, whichever occurs first.
