OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour and Workforce Development dated February 24, 2009, and pursuant to Sections 16, 17 and 94 of

Chapter 475 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Trade Union Act, is pleased to: (

a) reappoint Bruce P. Archibald, Q.C. of Halifax, Nova Scotia, as member and Vice-Chair of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia) and as member and Vice-Chair of the Construction Industry Panel for a term of five (5) years commencing April 28, 2009; (

b) fix the remuneration of Bruce P. Archibald, Q.C. in the aggregate following amounts for his services both as member and Vice-Chair of the Labour Relations Board and member and Vice-Chair of the Construction Industry Panel: (

i) an annual $15,000.00 honorarium payable for each of the five years of the term; (ii) $300 per day for each day he necessarily attends the business as member and Vice-Chair of either the Labour Relations Board or the Construction Industry Panel, in addition to actual and reasonable expenses as may be incurred by him in the discharge of his duties.
