OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Tourism, Culture and Heritage dated October 6, 2010, and pursuant to
Section 7 of
Chapter 438 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Special Places Projection Act, is pleased to approve the designation by the Minister of Tourism, Culture and Heritage of a portion of the Belleisle Marsh as a protected site, in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
