Section 88 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to make regulations respecting designation of a class of persons as a special class for the purposes of eligibility for early retirement, in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation.
