Order in Council 1902/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

The portion of highway in the Town of the Blue Mountains, in the Geographic Township of Collingwood, County of Grey, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, being:

part of the Lots 12 to 38, inclusive, Registered Plan 320 and Part of Lot 24, Concession 3, shown as

Part 1, on a plan of survey deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Grey No. 16, as Plan 16R-10594 (Ministry of Transportation Plan P-1671-175),

be closed, pursuant to subsection 29(2) of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act , R.S.O. 1990,

Chapter P.50, as amended.
