Order in Council 59/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 , Katie Awad, Doctor of Medicine, of Brampton be reappointed as part-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of five years, effective February 8, 2023.
