OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated November 19, 1999, pursuant to
Section 26 of
Chapter 371 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Highways Act, is pleased to approve of the Minister entering into an agreement with the Town of Bridgewater relating to work on certain highways within the Town, which work is specified in Construction Agreement No. 17-J, dated May 4, 1999, set forth in
Schedule "A", the location of which is set forth on a plan marked
Schedule "B", both Schedules being attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation.
