OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated February 24, 2004, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 430 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Small Claims Court Act, is pleased to: (
a) reappoint John G. Khattar of Sydney, Cape Breton Regional Municipality, as an Adjudicator of the Small Claims Court for a further term of office commencing March 1, 2004, and ending March 1, 2008; (
b) determine the remuneration to be paid to John G. Khattar as an Adjudicator of the Small Claims Court to be at the rate of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) per hour for each sitting of the court, One Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($150.00) for a stated case, and authorize payment of travel and accommodation expenses at the rates payable to public servants.
