OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance dated November 7, 2007, pursuant to subsection (1) of

Section 44 of

Chapter 9 of the Acts of 2007, the Financial Measures

(2007) Act, and subsection (7) of

Section 3 of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that

Section 24 of

Chapter 9 of the Acts of 2007, the Financial Measures

(2007) Act, do come into force on and not before November 21, 2007. (note: amends Income Tax Act)
