On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Administrator, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that sections 9, 10 (

b) and (c), 12 and 17 of the Miscellaneous Statutes Amendment Act (No. 2), 2010 , S.B.C. 2010, c. 6, are brought into force.
