OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated September 7, 2000, pursuant to
Section 16 of
Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to approve the issuance of a grant or deed by the Minister of Natural Resources to convey two parcels of Crown land containing an approximate total area of 11,000 square feet, situate at Masons Beach, Lunenburg County, and shown outlined in red on the plan marked
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, to Lunenburg Shellfish Inc., a body corporate having a registered office at Dartmouth, Halifax County, for the consideration of approximately $4840, with the exact amount to be determined by multiplying the value of $0.44 per square foot by the total square footage of the parcels of Crown land being conveyed as determined by survey, and to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
